Custom Products
Because all blinds and curtains from Specialcraftstud are custom-made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns on completed orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We encourage customers to review all measurements and fabric selections carefully before confirming their order.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product with:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Incorrect measurements (when measured by our team)
- Wrong fabric, color, or style from what was ordered
- Damage during delivery or installation
We will repair, replace, or remake the product at no additional cost to you.
Reporting Issues
Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery or installation. To report a problem:

Our team will assess the situation and arrange for inspection, repair, or replacement as appropriate.
Fabric Samples
We strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before placing a custom order. Samples help ensure the color, texture, and weight meet your expectations. Sample fees may be refunded with a qualifying order.
Warranty Information
All Specialcraftstud products come with the following warranties:
- Blinds: 3-year warranty on mechanisms and hardware
- Curtains: 2-year warranty on stitching and construction
- Motorized systems: 5-year warranty on motors and controls
Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage from accidents.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply as production may have begun:
- 24-48 hours: 25% cancellation fee
- After 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee
- Once production is complete: No cancellation available
Installation Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the installation, we will return to adjust or reinstall at no additional cost within 30 days of the original installation date.
